If your video conference involves online surveys or display of polls, you will want to look for equipment that will allow you to conduct surveys, questionnaires and quizzes to your attendees. This is usually called for when the video teleconference is in a form of a webinar (you’ll need a webinar software) or an online class.
Lastly, you will want to look for equipment that can support brainstorming activities if the goal of your video teleconference is to gather ideas for a business or what not. Other VTC equipment will allow you to make use of a group notepad or use a video conference whiteboard.
Lastly, make sure to ask your supplier about the warranty on your video conference equipment. You want your investments to be protected especially if you will be using the equipment frequently.
