There are a number of considerations that you have to accommodate when you are taking out some VTC equipment. Sometimes, companies insist that you get the entire package even if you only need the basic equipment making you spend more than what you should. Other times though, you don’t manage to get everything that you need to go through with the video teleconference that you planned.
One thing that you have to consider is whether or not you would have to present a Powerpoint presentation during the video teleconference. If so, you should start looking for a VTC company that supports similar presentations as well as other documents in different formats in the video conferencing.
The next thing that you will have to take note of is the computer platforms that your attendees will be using. Some video conferencing systems work only on selected computers which is why you will want to look for equipment that can support any platform whether it be Mac or Linux.
